The GIVEAWAY!

Did you have spooky fun last night? We did. And I discovered that a red bicycle reflector light set on flashing mode looks good inside a jack-o-lantern! Hot diggity!

More fun has been had of late making knitted things and now that I've started... I can't stop! It's probably pretty spooky seeing these first wretched attempts, especially for you veteran knitters out there, but it seems fitting seeing as it's Halloween and all.

I can now knit things from the shoulders up.

The GIVEAWAY...

It's the 1st of the month so it's GIVEAWAY time! If you like cute things or know someone who does, fire me a wee comment and be into win! The cute thing to be got this month is a limited edition print called "Bear Hug." Hope you like it and good luck!

That's more knitting than I can do. I can knit only knit uneven scarfs. Wreckalicious. :D

And I adore the hugging bears-print. Everybody needs a bearhug now and then. ^_^

Your art is so beautiful. I first viewed this adorable bear family when I was pregnant, and remember feeling so warm and fuzzy (and just a tad teary. I would LOVE to hang it in my sweet little son's nursery.

Also: We're from T.O.--do you exhibit at galleries here?

That Knitting does NOT look wretched at all, (you should see mine!) great colours really autumnal.

Hello Willsmummy,

Thank you for your kind comments, I really appreciate them.

"Do you exhibit in galleries here (T.O)?"

Answer: Not yet! This is all very new to me, Etsy has been my first experience selling things I make and I am very grateful for such a supportive team. I am starting to send items to some galleries and stores but at the moment I haven't gotten around to T.O. (which of course makes no sense!) Somehow being with my little boy seems to take up so much of my time!!

I will certainly post any new developments here on my blog!

Take care and thank you again.

Definitely putting my name in for the giveaway...I love your bear prints. Your knitting looks great ...and I am impressed because you ARE knitting...much more than I am doing right now. I am just running and training hard for my race and pretty much just taking photos...work is very stressful and knitting just seems a little complicated right now.

for once a piece of art that reflects 'my perfect future', being a default cynic is rather lonely sometimes. Looking at this picture makes me switch off the negativity. thank you.

Love the portrait. My husband's maternal grandparents are The Beares. I call my husban,d Andybear, and my son, Seanbear. This would look wonderful in our house. I noticed that there were two little ones so we'll try to work on that.
