OK, I am not a kid but I would love to be involved in that craft time!! I love all the bright paints. I tried doing watercolor last summer and, well, I am not an artist and I have deep respect for your talent. I guess I will paint stripey socks with bright, energetic yarns :) I am off to Vancouver Island next week for a conference/holiday stint and I can't wait to see that blue ocean and smell the salty air.

Thanks Fizz. How did the collaboration turn out? In a word, (and you can guess which word I'm sure) MESSY!

Lovely artwork and so brightly coloured. That bird tail is gorgeous. Love the idea of sewing but I never seem to get enough time to draw, paint and sew. I love the button reminder. I turned playing with buttons into an art form when I was a kid. I would create a whole school of buttons - grey for the boys, coloured for the girls - and move them around in different classrooms etc. You can tell I was the only girl can't you... ha ha.
